| 摘要(中) | 本文主旨在探討台灣總兵設置的沿革，及其特色，並瞭解渠與台灣最高文官，先有兵備銜，後有按察使銜的台灣道之間的複雜關係。康熙二十三年，台灣鎮總兵始設於台灣府，其後偶因事件曾轉移台、澎之間，不過仍以台地為主。而台灣因屬海疆重地，故總兵多為水師兼領陸路。其推選方式本為眾人會推，後改具題請旨。而台灣的情勢，使總兵需掛印理民事，但亦因此屬文官的道台，與武官之總兵相互齟齬，有鎮侵道權之事，至台灣建省後，才因道鎮同屬巡撫管轄而有改善。 |
| 摘要(英) | This article examines the evolution and characteristics of the establishment of Taiwan’s Garrison Commander, Taiwan’s highest civilian post, firstly having the title of Bingbei, and later, the complex relationship with the provincial judges of Taiwan (Dao). In the 23rd year of Kangxi, the Taiwan ZHEN Garrison Commander established the Taiwan government. Subsequently events were transferred between Taiwan and Penghu, but Taiwan was still the mainland. Due to the territorial waters of Taiwan being an important area, the military leader used the naval forces to take the land route concurrently. This selected method was pushed by all, and later changed to giving instructions. In Taiwan's situation, it resulted in the Garrison Commander needing to appoint civilians. However due to this, there was discord between the military officials of the Garrison Commander and the civil servants of Dao Taiwan, which led to the ZHEN invading the jurisdiction of DAO. After Taiwan became a province, and ZHEN and DAO came under the same jurisdiction, there were improvements. |
